This weekend, in London at the Hilton Docklands hotel, the One Voice Conference is taking place and hundreds of voiceover artists from around the world are coming together to learn and share.

I’ve been asked if I would run a small workshop about using emotions to take direction in voiceover sessions and auditions. I’m excited to share some methods I use to completely change a style of read in commercial, corporate and video games. It’s a really useful tool to be able to give the director options. Emotions always help connect a script to both the actor and the listener so it’s vital to make sure you use the right emotions in your performance.

The workshop is at 16.30pm on the 14th May 2022. There may still be tickets left on the One Voice Website
