The Red Eye Podcast Takes Off!

I am so excited to be able to share something I’ve been working on for quite a few months now. The Red Eye Podcast is a storytelling podcast, short audio stories telling the true stories of Flight Attendants, Pilots and their Passengers over the last 50 years.

It started out with myself, writing down my memories of my 14 years as Cabin Crew for a long haul international airline. I realised that I myself had so many extraordinary stories about my time in the air and around the globe, and surely their must be many others with their own tales. I connected with an author who specialises in the aviation industry and together we came up with some short stories about myself, and many others in the sky!

The podcast launches March 5th 2024, and we kick off with 3 episodes - one about a a disruptive passenger, one about a medical emergency and one about a crazy downroute room party. The season continues with more tales of outrageous passengers, love in the air, and spectacular downroute adventures. I’ve heard stories from crew who flew in the glamourous days of aviation in the 1970’s, the cheeky days of the 80’s and 90’s, and the more modern day tales as well.
